In 3 minutes, complete:
400m Run
12 Toes To Bar (see video)
Use remaining time in each 3 minute interval to rest

Post Front Squat Loads and Metcon Rounds to  Comments
For the strength segment, perform Front Squat increasing weight each set up to the heaviest set of three you can do.
