Turkish Get Ups
Work up to 70lbs with each arm
–Rest–
As many reps as possible:
2 minutes – Pullups
Rest 30 seconds
2 minutes – Handstand Pushups
Rest 30 seconds
2 minutes – KB Snatch (52/35)
Rest 30 seconds
2 minutes – Box Jumps (30/24)
Rest 30 seconds
2 minutes – Ring Dips

Post Turkish Get Up Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, practice TGU’s and work up to the heaviest KB load you can handle…safely.

For the conditioning workout, scale all movements as necessary to ensure proper execution.  This workout comes courtesy of Coach Stew!
