There is no time limit. Allow enough rest between rounds to allow for max reps.

Not only is this a Strength & Conditioning Benchmark WOD, it is also the first Bench Press WOD of any kind we have programmed. There is no time element to this WOD today. We will spend the first part of class practicing the finer points. Although the RX’d load is Bodyweight it is imperative that you use good technique when completing your work sets. If there is any doubt, lighten the load and do more reps. Please watch the Rippetoe videos below!
