We ask that only folks attending yoga be in the gym this morning from 9-10am
WOD for Friday 112312 – WODs today at 10 and 11am ONLY
In teams of two, for time:
Complete a total of 250 Pushups
*Every time you fail or stop and rest with your chest on the ground count a penalty. If a penalty is counted, you must immediately sprint 40 yards. Once the penalty is completed go back to performing the 250 pushups.
