For the strength segment, work up to a heavy 1RM Push Press. These are not Jerks…do not rebend your knees to receive the bar overhead. Note: If you find yourself bailing and dropping the bar in front of you it’s most likely because you’re pushing the bar away from your face. You SHOULD be driving the bar through your face, not around it.
For the conditioning workout, hit a good, clean rack position on each and every HPC. Sub lateral parallette jumps for DUs.
