Post Squats Completed and Mile Time to Comments
For the conditioning workout, you will do 8 Tabata intervals (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of Air Squats. However, the “rest” position will be in the bottom, below parallel position. At the end of the 8th interval, immediately run 1 mile as fast as possible.
