CF Open WOD 12.2
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

This is WOD 12.2 for the 2012 Strength & Conditioning Games Open. You can muscle snatch, power snatch, or squat snatch. All reps must start with the bar on the floor. Ladies using an empty bar (45lbs) can start each rep with the bar below the knee. Reps must be locked out in a full overhead position with knees and hips fully extended and you must be stable. If you’re competing in the Open, make sure you have watched this video.
This is A LOT of Snatches to try and do in 10 minutes, and at relatively heavy loads. Be smart with this workout. If you’re not competing in the Open, consider scaling the loads at each stage. Do not accept sloppy form. There should not be a lot of missed reps. If you have to drop weight during the workout, do it! You wanna workout tomorrow, right?
