For the strength segment today you’ll work on KB high pulls and KB Snatches.  No specific loads, reps, or sequence.  Coach’s discretion.

For the conditioning workout, scale Deadlift load to 60% 1RM.  Sub knees to elbows for toes to bar.  For those of you who normally do the Endurance Workout and the 10am Workout, you may reconsider or your hamstrings will be fried for the next few days.
