This is WOD 12.3 from the 2012 Strength & Conditioning Open. You must fully open your hip on top of the box jumps before jumping or stepping back off. You can press, push press, push jerk, or split jerk the 12 Push Press reps. We will run a warmup appropriate for the WOD prior to the start of the 9 and 10am sessions.
COMMUNITY WORKOUT today at 11am! There is NO MOBILITY WORKOUT today!
