CFD Intramurals 2017

The Strength & Conditioning Open is a worldwide Strength & Conditioning competition crowning the Fittest Man and Woman on Earth. We’ve done it every year at CFD  and it’s lots of fun. Last year, over 120 CFD athletes tried their hand at the Open and participated in Intramurals. There are SCALED divisions, and MORE Masters divisions this year, so we expect even more.

Our goals at CFD include to educate and inspire our athletes. Competition helps with the ‘inspire’ part: the pressure to perform pushes you to train harder; the social boost of dozens of your friends cheering for you will help you reach levels of performance you didn’t believe possible. Watching your teammates GO HARD is inspiring.

This year, we will continue to bring the thrill of the CF Games to CFD. We will deliver all the fun of competition without causing any anxiety attacks.

Announcing the 2017 CFD Intramural Open!

We will be putting together 5 teams to compete against one another each week (5 weeks in total). And you’re going to be on one of them.

Team Captains have been chosen (Ashlee Vance, Stephanie Lackford, Tom Amenta, John Lindsey, and Phil Raeihle)!  Everyone can, and should, participate in what will be a fantastic, fun time and great, supportive competition.

TEAMS
Every athlete at CFD will be fair game to be recruited onto a team. This includes regular Strength & Conditioningters, Bootcampers, Oly Lifters, and Powerlifters!  Expect to be courted by one of our Team Captains to join their team – probably more than one. Pick the most fun team for you!
