For the strength segment, you are doing complexes of a hang snatch and a snatch. Perform 1 hang snatch (full squat) followed immediately by a Snatch (taken from the floor).
For the conditioning workout, pick a load that allows you to hit a full ROM Snatch (receiving the bar in a full overhead squat).
