6 Burpees

10 Deadlifts

EMOTM (Including 0:00)

6 Box Jump Overs

Comp: 275/185, 24/20

Fitness: 225/155, 24/20

GPP: 155/105, 20/16.. step overs

Health: 135/95, Plate Jump Overs

*Deadlifts should never be broken more than once… ex. 6/4.. 5/5
