AMRAP in 20 minutes:
15 Air Squats
Post TGU Loads and Workout Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, do single rep TGUs on each side working up to the heaviest load you can SAFELY handle. If you max out before the 10th single rep, do that same load to finish a total of 10 attempts on each side.
For the conditioning workout, use an Abmat for situps. You can kip the pullups. All squats must be below parallel and stood to full knee and hip extension.
