5 Push Press (use load from final set above)
7 Dead Hang Pullups
Post Push Press Loads and Metcon Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 5 sets of 5 Push Presses working up as heavy as possible.
For the Metcon, use the load from your last strength segment set of Push Press for the WOD. No kipping for the pullups!
