Muscle Ups                       
Practice, then 3 reps on the minute for 10 minutes
–Rest–
Death by Power Clean and Burpees
Start a running clock. Do 1 power clean (135/95) & 2 Burpees. Then do 2 power cleans and 4 burpees. Then do 3 power cleans and  burpees. Continue to add a power clean and double the amount of burpees. How far can you go in 12 minutes?

For the skill segment, determine the appropriate scaling for your Muscle Ups and then perform 3 reps on the minute for 10 minutes. 

For the conditioning workout, add one power clean and 2 burpees at the top of each minute until you can’t complete a full round.  If you fail to complete 8 rounds (minutes) then work your way back to the beginning.
