Power Snatch
2 reps on the minute for 10 minutes (20 reps total – use approx 65% 1RM)

“Lindsay’s Birthday WOD”
5 Rounds For Time:
5 Power Snatch (135/95)
5 Burpees
5 Power Cleans (135/95)
5 Ring Dips
5 Thrusters (135/95)

Post Power Snatch Load and Metcon Time to  Comments
For the strength segment, perform 2 Power Snatches on the minute for 10 minutes.

For the Metcon, use one barbell for the entire WOD.  Scale the load based on your Thruster or Power Snatch capacity.
