Bench Press
3 Sets of Max Reps (1x Bodyweight)
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
5 Handstand Pushups
5 Deadhang Pullups

Post Bench Press Loads and Reps and Metcon Time to  Comments
For the strength segment, perform three sets of Bodyweight Bench Press for as many reps as possible.  Maintain GOOD form — feet flat on the floor with knees bent to 90 degrees, butt stays on the bench, bar touches the chest at the bottom and elbows fully locked out at the top.  Use a spotter for all max efforts.  If you can’t peform reps at bodyweight, use a load approx 75% 1RM.

For the Metcon, scale HSPU’s as necessary.  Use a band for pullups, but make it as small as possible.
