L-Sits
Take 20 minutes to work on L-Sits and L-Sit progressions

–Rest–
“Death By Power Clean”
Perform 1 Power Clean the first minute, 2 the second, 3 the third, etc until you can’t complete a round.  If you do not make it to the 15th minute, continue to perform 5 reps per round until the last person has finished. 

Post Metcon Rounds to Comments
For the skill segment, take 20 minutes to practice your L-Sits and work on progressions.           

For the Metcon, use 65% 1RM.  Do not curl the bar!
