50 Strict Reps
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
15 DB Push Press (40/25)

Run 200m

Post Metcon Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 50 strict Ring Dips.  Rep 50 should look as solid as Rep 1 AND have the same ROM.  You should be able to hold yourself in each position.  Do not do these quickly.  Do them perfectly.  Maintain tight body positioning throughout each rep!            

For the Metcon, scale PP load to ensure proper movement execution.
