In 10 minutes cover as much distance as possible with the fewest reps

10 Toes To Bar
Post Number of Inchworms and Metcon Rounds to Comments
For the skill segment, do forward inchworms with a pushup between each rep. Keep your legs straight and try to get them as close to your hands as possible each rep. Cover as much ground as possible in 10 minutes.
For the Metcon, sub strict Muscle Up progressions for MU’s.
