Take 20 minutes to practice Ring Dips and variations
Can you get this deep?

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
15 Chest to Bar Pullups 
30 second Ring L-Sit

Post Metcon Rounds to Comments
For the skill segment, take 20 minutes to practice your Ring Dips and Ring Dip variations.   

For the Metcon, scale pullups as necessary.  Go chest to bar whether you use a band for assistance or not.  Do L-Sits on parallettes if necessary or scale to knees to chest.
