Take 20 minutes to practice Iron Cross

Run 1 Mile
100 Situps
100 Back Extensions
Run 1 Mile

Post Metcon Time to Comments
For the skill segment,  practice the progressions for the Iron Cross.  If this is too difficult work on static Ring Holds (top and bottom of a ring dip).   

For the Metcon, you can split up the situps and back extensions any way you wish in between the two 1 mile runs.  Use the GHD for both movements as you or your Coach sees fit.
