 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25) – 6 reps
 Overhead Squat (155/105) – 7 reps
 L Sit – 8 seconds
 Situps – 9 reps
 Double Unders – 10 reps
 Air Squat – 11 reps
 Yoke Walk (225/155) – 12 steps

Perform the posted number of reps of each movement and then move on to the next movement.  At the end of the 12th movement you have completed 1 round.  Then go back to the beginning and start Round 2.
