We’re excited to announce the start of our new, weekly Olympic Weightlifting Class with Coach Dan Koppenhaver!
Each week athletes will drill the classic Olympic Lifts and work on increasing skill level and capacity. Participants will lift heavy when the technique is right. Basic strength lifts will be included in most workouts, as well.
This class will be added to our schedule beginning on Wednesday, January 14th and will meet every Wednesday night from 6-7:30pm. All Strength & Conditioning and Barbell Club members are welcome to attend and this will count as a class on membership. Athletes are free to attend once or from week to week on a regular basis. Each class will be capped at 10 athletes to maximize teaching time and time under the bar.
