AMRAP in 15 minutes:
Run 200m
3 Muscle Ups
6 Overhead Squats (115/75)
9 Pushups
Post Pullups Loads and Workout Rounds to Comments
For the skill segment, play on the rings and practice ball ups, inversions, skin the cats, and levers.
For the conditioning workout, sub 6 jumping muscle ups for MUs. Overhead Squats should be taken from the floor…no racks.
