Play on the Rings
Work on ball ups, inversions, skin the cats, and levers
–Rest–
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
Run 200m
3 Muscle Ups
6 Overhead Squats (115/75)
9 Pushups

Post Pullups Loads and Workout Rounds to Comments
For the skill segment, play on the rings and practice ball ups, inversions, skin the cats, and levers.

For the conditioning workout, sub 6 jumping muscle ups for MUs.  Overhead Squats should be taken from the floor…no racks.

ENDURANCE WORKOUT tonight at 6pm with Coach Allison!

We will be doing CF Open WOD 12.3 on Saturday morning at 9 and 10am!

If you are unable to attend on Saturday morning you must speak with Dave or Sarah Glass directly to make arrangements to get your score validated.

You can still get your score validated, but must discuss with Dave first.
