For the strength segment, perform 5 sets of three rep Cleans. Receive the bar in a full front squat. Start at any of the 3 positions depending on your current skill level.
For the conditioning workout, scale up the runs to 800m if you want a slightly longer workout. As Rx’d, this workout should be under 10 minutes.
