Complete 5 Rounds:
3 Snatch Pulls
3 Power Snatch
3 Snatch Push Press
Rest 2 minutes between sets

Post Power Snatch Loads and Workout Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, work up to a heavy single rep Power Snatch.  Remember, to drop under the bar…anything above parallel counts as a power snatch!

For the conditioning workout, use the same bar for all three movements. Use 55-60% of 1RM Power Snatch from the strength segment.

OPEN GYM tonight from 7-7:45pm!

We will be doing CF Open WOD 12.3 TOMORROW morning at 9 and 10am!

If you are unable to attend on Saturday morning you must speak with Dave or Sarah Glass directly to make arrangements to get your score validated.

You can still get your score validated, but must discuss with Dave first.
