Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete 5 reps of the following:
Elite: L-Pull ups
Advanced: Strict and/or weighted.
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
4 CTB Pullups
8 Broad Jumps
Post Metcon Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, choose your style of pullups and stick with it for the full 10 minutes. For the math challenged (you know who you are) it’s a total of 50 pullups…55 if you go Coach Phil Bost Yoke-style.
For the Metcon, try to make your Broad Jumps at least 6′ (length of one black mat).
ENDURANCE WOD tonight at 6pm with Coach Erin! Bring a watch and water!
