Box Jumps (30/24)
Ring Dips

Post Squat Clean Loads and Metcon Time to  Comments
For the strength segment, perform the Full Squat Cleans increasing weight each set up to the heaviest single rep you can do.

For the Metcon, use a box higher than your standard RX for the Box Jumps.  Scale Ring Dips to ensure full ROM…consider subbing bar dips on the Rogue racks or parallette dips to get full ROM.

ENDURANCE WOD this morning at 6:15am with Coach Paul!  Bring a watch and water!
