Rowing Skills
In team of two, complete the following for time:
8 x 200 Meter Runs – Alternate Athletes (each run 4)
200 Double Unders
2K Row (Switch every 250 Meters)
200 Double Unders
8 x 200 Meter Runs

Post Workout Time to Comments
For the conditioning workout, partners will alternate for the runs and row and break up the Double Unders however they choose.  Sub for DU’s is parallette jumps.

*We will meet in the field behind CFD if conditions allow.
50m x 20 – 25 reps; rest 30 second between intervals
