Run 600m
30 KB Snatch – right (52/35)
30 KB Snatch – left
Run 600m

Post Clean Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 7-8 heavy singles of a full Clean or Hang Clean…depending on your current skill level.  All reps should be received in a full front squat.

For the conditioning workout, run the block past Fullsteam and around the corner to Corporation to Foster.  You must perform all 30 Snatches on the right hand before going on to the left.  See the video below if you have wrist bruising issues.
