Post Snatch Loads and Metcon Time to Comments
For the strength segment, work up to a heavy Snatch (around 80% 1RM) and hit it for 12 reps. The weight should be heavy enough that you don’t necessarily make all of your lifts, but you shouldn’t miss more than 3 or 4.
This Metcon comes courtesy of CF New England. Scale KB load or movement accordingly.
