Tabata Intervals

Back Extensions
Box Jumps (24/20)

Post Deadlift Loads and Total Metcon Reps to  Comments
For the strength segment, perform 3 sets of 20 rep Deadlifts.  These reps should be done without taking your hands off the bar while maintaining a solid back arch.  Make sure you breathe!  After deadlifts perform 3 sets of Reverse Hypers and 3 sets of Hollow Rocks.

For the Metcon, perform 4 minute Tabata intervals for all three movements with no rest between them.

ENDURANCE WOD tonight at 6pm!  Bring a stopwatch or interval timer!
