On the minute, for 12 minutes:
Odd minutes: 3 Power Cleans (80% 1RM)
Even minutes: 40 Double Unders
Post Workout Time to Comments
For the skill segment, you will practice, drill, and practice your Double Unders some more! If you don’t have them yet, you will get them…it just takes PRACTICE! Double Unders are a great way to train and improve Balance, Coordination, Agility, Accuracy, Speed, and Stamina!
For the conditioning workout, use 80% 1RM for the Power Clean. The purpose of this workout is to practice GOOD power cleans and get your double unders dialed in. Good thing you had all that practice in the skill segment!
