Air Squats and Pushups

4 Rounds For Time:
10 Pullups
20 Pushups
30 Air Squats
40 Double Unders
Run 200m

For the skill segment, we will work on improving Air Squat and Pushup form.

For the conditioning workout, maintain strict pushup and air squat form throughout.  Do not sacrifice a tight plank in the pushups.  Substitute parallette jumps for Double Unders.
