Back Squat

For Time:
Complete 40/30/20/10 calorie rows.
After each row, do 25 Box Jumps (24/20) and 25 Abmat Situps.
Post Back Squat Loads and Workout Time To Comments
For the strength segment, perform 5 sets of 3 rep Back Squats working as heavy as possible. Squat all reps below parallel and use a spotter for your max effort sets.
For the conditioning workout, perform Box Jumps and Situps in between rounds of Rowing.
