Sled Push Relays
–Rest–
In teams of two, “Tabata” intervals – Each partner alternates until each partner has completed 8 20-second intervals for each movement
Power Snatch (95/65)
Burpees
KB Swings (52/35)

Post Power Clean Loads and Metcon Time to Comments
For the “fun” segment, we’ll celebrate Colleen’s Birthday with some Sled Pushes in the parking lot.

For the conditioning workout, you will alternate 20 second work periods with your partner, one person working at a time.   

ENDURANCE WORKOUT this morning at 9am with Coach Paul!

Drills
5 to 7 reps of the following;
Run 100m forward & 100m backward; rest 1 min
Run backward 200m & forward 200m; rest 2 min — rest 4 min after last rep
Run 400m backward
Hug it out

MOBILITY WORKOUT and COMMUNITY WORKOUT today at 11am!
