Skin the Cats
18-20 total reps in sets of 1, 2, or 3 at a time

5 Rounds For Time:
5 Deadlifts (275/185)
10 Burpees

For the skill segment, we will work on the rings…skin the cats in particular.  Once you’ve warmed up, perform a total of 20 skin the cats breaking them up into sets of 1, 2, or 3.  Do NOT go to failure and try to stay as fresh as you can.  Take your time!

The conditioning workout comes from the 2008 CF Games.  If the RX load is too heavy, use 80% 1RM.  For a change, try it with Sumo Deadlifts instead of conventional.
