EMOM for 8 minutes (each arm):
3 1-hand Russian Swings
2 KB High Pulls
1 KB Snatch
Use a load you can handle

Metcon 1:
AMRAP in 5 minutes:
KB Snatch (52/35)
Switch hands as needed

Metcon 2:
AMRAP in 7 minutes:
1 Power Snatch (135/95)
2 Toes to Bar
2 Power Snatch
4 Toes to Bar
3 Power Snatch
6 Toes to Bar
4 Power Snatch
8 Toes to Bar
5 Power Snatch
10 Toes to Bar
When you finish the set of 10 T2B, go back to the beginning and start over
