Post Jerk Loads and Workout Reps to Comments
For the strength segment, perform single rep Split Jerks taking the bar from the rack.

For the conditioning workout, do not curl the Power Cleans, scale the box jump height as necessary, and scale pullups up to chest to bar if you choose.
