For the strength segment, you have 25 minutes to make up a strength segment that you missed from this previous week.
For the conditioning workout, there is a LOT of work to get done, even in 25 minutes. For many, you may consider this more like a 25 minute AMRAP. Don’t worry about finishing. Focus on good reps and getting as much work done in 25 minutes as you can! Front Squats are meant to be taken from the ground at the start of each round or each time you have to drop the bar.
