Our first Olympic Weightlifting Intensive Course begins TONIGHT! 

The strength area is no longer available for individual training on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8pm.  Please don’t make us ask you to move.

Turkish Situps/Turkish Get Ups
3/1-3/1-3/1-3/1-3/1
–Rest–
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
10 KB Swings (70/52)
20 Pushups
30 Air Squats
40 Double Unders

Post TGU Loads and Workout Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 3 Turkish Situps (see video below) followed by 1 Turkish Get Up on each side.  Work as heavy as possible, but do not sacrifice form.

For the conditioning workout, scale movements as necessary.  Sub parallette jumps for DUs.  Set a pace and go.
