WOD for Friday 121010 — – Click Here For Today’s Schedule 

Take 20 minutes to work on your handstands
3 Rounds For Time:
Run 400m
15 Pullups
50 Air Squats
15 Pullups

Post Metcon Time to Comments
For the strength segment, take 20 minutes to work on Handstands.  They can be against the wall, in the power bands, or free standing.   

For the Metcon, scale up to chest to bar pullups or wear a weight vest for the air squats.

There are no WODs tonight at 5 or 6pm!  However, the gym will be open from 5-8 for OPEN GYM!
