Snatch Balance
5 Rounds For Time:
Run 200m
5 Power Snatch (135/95)

Post Snatch Balance Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform single rep Snatch Balances taking the bar from the rack.  For the heavier attempts dump the bar to the floor and either Clean it or get a partner to put it back in the rack.  Practice dumping the bar with a light load before you go to heavy.  Don’t get hurt.

For the conditioning workout, use a Power Snatch load of around 75% 1RM.
