Run 100 Meters

3 Bar Muscle Ups

Comp: 5 Bar Muscle Ups

Fitness: 3 Bar Muscle Ups or 5-7 Chest 2 Bar

GPP: 3-5 Kipping Pullups

Health: 6 Ring Rows
