Opposites Attract

Registration is OPEN for the CFD Pullup Challenge on April 4th!  Divisions for just about ALL skill levels!  

WOD

Strength:
Push Press – 1RM
Warmup with building sets of 5-3-3-2-1 reps increasing load
Test for 1RM

Metcon:
EMOM 10 minutes
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Jerk (any style)
Use 75% 1RM of weakest lift for all three movements

This should be a pretty heavy workout and you should need the rest that comes after completing each complex for the remainder of the minute. Don’t hesitate to add weight during the WOD if you’ve started off too light. During the 10th minute, do as many rounds of the compex as you can.
