In teams of 4 people, For time:
250 Chest to Bar Pullups
250 KB Swings (52/35)
250 Double Unders
250 Overhead Squats (95/65)
Post Teams and Metcon Time to Comments
This is a Chipper. All Pullups must be completed before the KB swings, all the swings before the Double Unders, and all the DU’s before the Overhead Squats. Only one athlete may be working at a time. The athletes may work in any order they choose. There is no minimum number of reps each athlete must complete.
