Perform 50 strict “6-count” burpees

8 Rounds with 1 minute rest b/t rounds:
Run 200m
10 Pullups
Post Metcon Time to Comments
For the skill segment, we will do 6 count burpees as a group. Your Coaches will call out each count of the movement with you, culminating in a loud and ferocious “Yay, burpees!” at the top of each one!
For the Metcon, sprint each 200m as hard as you can.
*POOL PARTY UPDATE*
Not suprisingly, the poll results were overwhelmingly in favor of a pool party. There’s been a complication, however, in planning as the rules of our community clubhouse actually say that renting the clubhouse does not give our guests pool privileges. I’m trying to see if there’s a way around this rule. In the meantime, would you still be interested in having a Potluck Party in the clubhouse? Please post answer to comments.
