Push Press
3 sets of 20 reps

For Time:
50 Thrusters (45/35)
40 Double Unders
30 KB Swings (52/35)
20 Barbell Reverse Overhead Alternating Lunges (10/side)
10 Burpees

Post Push Press Loads and Metcon Time to  Comments
For the strength segment, warm up then perform 3 sets of 20 rep Push Presses as heavy as possible.  Remember, these are push presses, not Jerks.  Do not leave the ground!

For the Metcon, hold your Thruster barbell overhead for the Lunges and step backwards for each rep.

Not suprisingly, the poll results were overwhelmingly in favor of a pool party.  There’s been a complication, however, in planning as the rules of our community clubhouse actually say that renting the clubhouse does not give our guests pool privileges.  I’m trying to see if there’s a way around this rule.  In the meantime, would you still be interested in having a Potluck Party in the clubhouse?  Please post answer to comments.
