Med Ball Bonanza

There is NO Endurance Workout and NO Mobility Workout today since we’re hosting the Caleb Ward Olympic Weightlifting Seminar!

Regular Workouts will be held at 9 and 10am in the park behind the gym.  Meet in the big room or out back.

COMMUNITY WORKOUT will be held today at 11am in Old North Durham Park!

WOD for Saturday 100111
Perform a Med Ball Burpee into a Med Ball Clean throwing the ball as far as possible as you complete the Clean.  Follow the ball down the field and perform another rep.  Continue down the field to the turnaround point.
Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes.
